【摘要】 <正>Spin-dependent charge transport is currently receiving a lot of attention due to a potential application in giant magnetoresitive (GMR) devices such as magnetic field sensors, magnetoresistive random access memories (MRAM), read heads, and galvanic isolators. Fe3O4 is a very promising material for these applications, since it was shown by spin-polarized photoemission to be a half-metallic material, with 100% spin polarization at the Fermi level. Moreover, the Curie temperature of magnetite is 860 K, and the high Curie temperature is important for the applications of devices. Various methods have been reported to prepare Fe3O4 thin films, such as molecular beam epitaxy, sputtering, pulsed laser deposition, metalorganic chemical vapor deposition and solid reaction. However, these methods need high temperature and vacuum, and the apparatus were quite expensive. Chitosan, one of the promising film materials, has been widely studied. Because it richly bears hydroxyl and amino groups in its molecules, chitosan demonstrates the unique adsorption characteristic for some transition metal ions and rare metal ion, such as Ag+, Pd2+, Cu2+, Fe2+, Cd2+ and so on. Therefore, various kinds of chitosan composite film have been prepared. In this paper, a novel network Fe3O4 film with nanopores was prepared by in-situ oxidative hydrolysis on chitosan film at the temperature of 30℃.
