微流控芯片/激光诱导荧光检测仪的研制及性能考察

【摘要】 基于共聚焦光学结构,自行研制了微流控芯片/激光诱导荧光检测仪。该仪器以电信号大小监测及芯片二维调节实现激光光斑与微流控芯片微通道的聚焦和定位,无需观察显微镜或CCD,具有灵敏度高、性能稳定、体积小、操作方便等优点。
【Abstract】 Based on the confocal optical structure,Development of Laser Induced Fluorescence Detector device In Microfluidic chip Analysis.The focusing and locating of laser facula and microchannel through monition of electrical signal magnitude and 2-D adjustment of CMOS chip, thus obviating microscopic observation or CCD. The instrument features excellent sensitivity, stable performance, high miniaturization and handy operation.
