正交试验法研究元宝枫中黄酮类化合物的提取工艺

【摘要】 <正>元宝枫(Acer truneatum Bunge)为槭树科(Acer- aceae)落叶乔木,在我国分布广泛,资源相当丰富。元宝枫叶中含有黄酮、强心甙、绿原酸、甾体、鞣质和多糖等多种生物活性成分。其中黄酮类化合物含量较高。黄酮类化合物的药用功能主要有降血脂、抗肿瘤、抗突变、抗病毒、抗溃疡、抗过敏、降血压、抗炎、抗菌和保肝等。总黄酮的提取方法主要有有机溶剂回流法、冷浸法、超声波提取法、渗漉法和水煮法等。
【Abstract】 To optimize the conditions for the extract ion of flavonoids from acer truncatum bunge, conditions! for the extraction were studied by orthogonal experimental design as guided by uhe content of total flavonoids in present in the extract. Significant effect was observed in 4 different experimental conditions. The optimum condition for the extraction of flavonoids was to soak acer truncatum bunge in 70% alcohol (1:30) at 25 ℃ for 1 h.
