高良姜中稀土元素的电感耦合等离子体质谱分析

【摘要】 建立了一种电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定高良姜中稀土元素的方法。利用该方法分析了国家一级灌木枝叶标准物质(GBW 07603)中的稀土元素,结果与参考值一致。该方法被用于分析高良姜样品中的稀土元素。
【Abstract】 A method has been established to determine trace rare earth elements in Rhizoma alpiniae officinarum by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry. Fifteen rare earth elements in SUM GBW 07603 sample were determined by the developed method, the determined value was in good agreement with the certified value. This method was utilized to determine rare earth elements in Rhizoma alpiniae officinarum with satisfactory results.
