潜在的非线性光学晶体材料:CsHSO3的线性和非线性光学性质研究

【摘要】 本文报道了一个新的二阶非线性(SHG)光学晶体材料:CsHSO3。测试了其粉末倍频效应、透光范围、热稳定性、并估算了其能隙大小。其各项性能指标均优于BeSO4·4H2O。
【Abstract】 A new second-order nonlinear optical (NLO) material: CsHSO3 was reported. The powder SHG, transparent ranges, band gap and thermal property was tested. All of these characters are better than these of BeSO4·4H2O.
