【摘要】 采用流变相法成功合成了立方晶系反尖晶石结构的LiCoVO4,颗粒细小且分布均匀.在500℃煅烧2小时得到的产物具有101mAh/g的初始放电容量和良好的循环性能,和以前文献报道的相比有很大进步。为了分析其热稳定性,晶体结构及表面形貌,我们用了TG/DTA,XRD及SEM等表征手段.
【Abstract】 Inverse spinal, cubic, LiCoVO4 powers with small particle size and even particle size distribution has been successfully synthesized by rheological phase reaction. The powder calcined at 500℃ for 2h shows an initial discharge capacity of 101mAh/g with improved cycling performance. The specific capacity and cycle property were impressive as compared with previous reports. For analysis of thermal stability, structure and morphology, the results of thermogravimetry and differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA), X-ray diffraction(XRD), and scanning electron microscope(SEM) examination were presented.
