化学交联PVA水凝胶中水的状态研究

【摘要】 <正> 用环氧氯丙烷作交联剂,制备了聚乙烯醇(PVA)亲水水凝胶,并对其物性进行了表征。采用差示扫描量热法(DSC)对不同含水量的PVA亲水凝胶进行了测试,通过对试样的DSC数据图表进行分析,研究了PVA水凝胶中水的存在状态,以及各种状态的水含量随水凝胶含水量变化的规律,建立了PVA水凝胶溶胀特性的基本模型。Fig.1是PVA化学交联前后的红外光谱图。3400cm-1是-OH的吸收峰,且为强吸收,这
【Abstract】 We prepared poly (vinyl alcohol) hydrophilic hydrogel with epichlorohydrin as crosslinked agent and characterized the physical properties of the hydrogel. Differential scanning calorimeter was used to examine PVA hydrogels with different water content. Through analysis of DSC graphs, we investigated the states of water in the PVA hydrogels and the water content of different states in prepared PVA hydrogels with different water contents. Also, the model of swelling property of PVA hydrogel was established.
