【摘要】 <正> 近年,空心微球作为药物,人工细胞,蛋白质,DNA的载体日益受到重视。制备空心微球通常需要一种模板,相关物质沉积在模板的表面形成核壳结构,移去核则得到空心微球。众所周知,壳聚糖是一种含量丰富的天然碱性多糖,广泛应用于药物载体,而且壳聚糖可进行多种衍生化反应,其衍生物具有独特的性能。本文将壳聚糖与碘甲烷反应得到具有两亲性的N-甲基壳聚糖(NMC)。NMC含有-NH2,-NH(CH3)1,-N(CH3)2,-N(CH3)3官能团,因此NMC可作为乳化剂乳化环己烷,

【Abstract】 We have successfully prepared novel hollow microspheres sized between 2 and 5 μm using the emulsion droplets containing cyclohexane as the template, and the N-methylated chitosan (NMC) cross-linked with gultaraldehyde (GA) as the shell. The structure, morphology and formation of the hollow microspheres were characterized by FT-IR, 1H and 13C-NMR, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). This work confirmed that the hollow microspheres were accomplished by a surface fabrication based on chemical cross-linking the emulsion droplets and by an evaporation of the cyclohexane as core. The results from SEM and TEM indicated that the emulsion droplets covered with NMC in the oil-in-water (O/W) emulsion system aggregated together to form a precipitate of microspheres, and then the cross-linked NMC on the surface continuously cured to form shell during the aging time. The evaporation of the cyclohexane in inner to form a cavity, and then the moisture and the air entered into the cavity of microspheres to expand the shell, leading the hollow microspheres. An anti-infective drug, ofloxacin (Floxin), was encapsulated in the microspheres to exhibit the release properties.
