γ射线辐照HDPE/绢英粉共混体系的力学性能及动态流变性能研究

【摘要】 <正> 聚烯烃具有价格低廉和加工方便的优势,在国民经济中有着广泛的应用。与无机填料共混是改进聚烯烃性能的有效方法,共混体系界面处的粘结性是提高其力学性能的关键。在空气条件下对RDPE进行γ射线辐照,可在其分子链上引入含氧极性基团(主要是羰基),使HDPE与无机填料的相容性得到改善,选用含有胺基(NH2)的偶联剂对无机填料进行处理以后,共混体系的界面相互作用进一步增强,力学性能大幅度提高。本文研究了不同偶联剂对γ射线辐照RDPE(γ-HDPE)/绢英粉(STC)体系力学性能及动态流变性能的影响,研究结果表明:

【Abstract】 some oxygen-containing groups (mainly C=O group) are introduced onto the molecular chains of HDPE through γ -ray irradiation in air, by treating STC with amino-containing silane coupling agent, the interfacial adhesion between γ -ray irradiated HDPE (γ -HDPE) and amino-containing silane coupling agent treated STC (t-STC) is improved, the mechanical properties of γ - HDPE / t-STC blend are improved quite a lot The effect of different coupling agent on the mechanical and dynamical rheological properties of γ-HDPE/STC blends was studied, the experimental results shows that the improvement of mechanical properties is due to the interaction between the oxygen-containing groups on the γ -HDPE molecule chains and NH2 group of silane coupling agent. The complex viscosity, storage modus and loss modus of γ -HDPE/t-STC blends are lower than those of the blend of γ -HDPE with STC treated by organic titanate or phosphate coupling agent. This also indicates that there exists strong interaction between γ -HDPE and t-STC and the inovement of HDPE molecule chains is thus hindered.
