PA1010/聚酯型TPU共混体系的冲击性能和其断裂形貌研究

【摘要】 <正> PA1010以机械强度高、耐磨,耐腐蚀等较优良的综合性能而满足了一般的应用要求,但它也存在着冲击强度不高的缺点,因而限制了其应用范围。为了提高PA1010的冲击性能,利用聚酯型TPU改性PA1010获得了很好的进展,所得到的共混物的韧性得到了显著的提高。
【Abstract】 In this work, the mechanical of PA1010/ester-based TPU blends was studied, and the effect of ester-based TPU on the blends was discussed. Results showed that ester-based TPU could result in great increase of impact strength. When the weight ratio of PA1010/ester-based TPU was 80/20, the blend could increase the impact strength by over 6 times and the fracture morphology of the blends was different from pure PA1010. The results showed that the blends existed compatibility of a certain extent. TPU had better toughening function to PA 1010.
