碳纳米管绳的形成和研究

【摘要】 <正> 自从1991年日本NEC公司的Iijima发现多壁碳纳米管以来,碳纳米管引起了科学家的广泛的兴趣。碳纳米管展示出许多非凡的物理和化学性能,比如场发射性能,储氢性能,电学性能和特殊的力学性能。然而在碳纳米管的应用和性能测试方面存在许多困难,因为碳纳米管通常只形成微观的无取向的管束。
【Abstract】 The nanotubes purified by refluxing in mixture of concentrated HNO3/H2SO4, were dispersed in polar solvents(DMF,water,ethanol) by ultrasonic or no ultrasonic ,and the long ropes consisting of roughly-aligned bundles of neat CNT formed when the solution were settled for a long time because of aggregation of cut-down CNT. We prepared long ropes of carbon nanotube with rope diameter ranged from 10 μ m to 25 μ m and lengths to 1cm . The factors, such as solvents temperature and PH ,to form the long rope of neat carbon nanotube were investigated.
