一种可溶性多氯取代的聚芳醚酮酮的合成与性能研究

【摘要】 <正> 聚芳醚酮具有优异的机械性能、耐热性、耐化学腐蚀性等优点因而被广泛应用于航空航天、电子器件、机械仪表等领域。传统的聚芳醚酮由于其主链的规整性和刚性,使其难溶难熔,给加工和应用带来一定的困难。近20年来,人们围绕着降低成本、改善加工性能以及提高玻璃化温度等方面,开发了许多结构不同的聚芳醚酮新品种。亲电取代路线
【Abstract】 A soluble polychloro substituted poly (aryl ether ketone ketone) (C-PEKK) was prepared by low temperature solution electrophilic Friedel-Crafts reaction of tetrachloroterephthaloyl chloride and diphenyl ether in 1,2-dichloroethane in the presence of AlCl3 and NMP. Some propersites of the polymer was characterized by FT-IR, DSC, TGA and WAXD, etc. The results shown that the 270 ℃ of glass transition temperature of C-PEKK is higher than those of pure PEEK and PEKK and the polymer was noncrystalline. C-PEKK was soluble in common organic solvents such as DMF, DMSO, NMP, CHC13 and THF at room temperature and showed excellent thermal stability at temperature over 500 ℃ in air, high char yields of 61% in nitrogen 54% in air at 700 ℃.
