丙烯腈在离子液体中的共聚反应动力学研究

【Abstract】 Ionic liquids are prospective environmentally friendly reaction media for a variety of chemical reactions. In this paper, the radical copolymerization of acrylonitrile (AN) with methylate (MA) in ionic liquid with AIBN as initiator was investigated. It is found that the average molecular weight increased as AN increasing, while the conversation had a maximum value. From the element analysis, the reactivity ratios were calculated respectively as rAN=0.3562 and rMA=0.6843 at 70℃. The co-polymerization rate of AN and MA has been studied using expansion meter. When the concentration of initiator and monomers and the reaction temperature increased, the co-polymerization rate increased. The co-polymerization rate equation of the system was Rp=k CAIBN.27 CAN-MA1.81and the reaction activity energy was 50.9kJ/mol kJ·mol-1.
