新型三相内循环流化床光催化反应器及其性能

【摘要】 高效稳定的光催化反应器的设计是光催化氧化技术走向实用化的关键。本文依据流态化原理,设计出一种新型的三相内循环流化床光催化反应器(three—phase intemal-circulating fluidized bed,TICFB),对反应器的水力特性做了推算,确定了反应器的操作影响因素。对罗丹明B的降解实验结果显示出优越的性能,依据催化剂投加量及初始光强的不同,反应半衰期在4-10.5 min之间。
【Abstract】 The design of highly effective photoreactor is the key to the industialization of photocatalysis. A novel three-phase internal circulating fluidized bed (TICFB) photoreactor was designed according to the theory of fluidization. The hydraulic characters of the reactor was calculated to determine operation conditions. The degradation effects on Rhodamine B showed preferable photocatalytic performance. The half life of reaction was between 4-10.5 min in different catalyst concentration and light intensity.
