粉煤灰合成沸石同步去除污水中氮磷的初步研究

【摘要】 利用粉煤灰合成沸石,初步探讨了其在污水同步脱氮除磷方面的应用。结果表明,粉煤灰合成沸石CEC高达206.3cmol/kg,而粉煤灰仅2.2cmol/kg。SEM及XRD分析证实了沸石结晶的生成。合成沸石氨氮去除率为40-60%;磷去除率为60%-92%。合成沸石对氨氮的去除机理主要是离子交换作用,而对磷的去除部分是通过合成沸石构造本身的吸附过程,部分是通过与交换性阳离子形成沉淀作用。

【Abstract】 Zeolite was synthesized from fly ash, and the simultaneous removal of ammonium and phosphate from waste water was studied primarily in this paper. The synthesized zeolite was characterized using SEM and XRD, and its CEC was also determined by ammonium acetate method. The results indicated that the CEC of synthesized zeolite was as more as 206.3cmol/kg. However, the CEC of fly ash was only 2.2cmol/kg. The analysis of SEM and XRD approved the formation of zeolite. The removal rate of ammonium was 40-60%,and the phosphorus removal rate was 60-92% . The mechanism of ammonium removal was ion exchange process, and the phosphorus removal by synthesized zeolite on the one side attributed to zeolite structure, and on the other side was deposition with exchangeable calcium on zeolite surface.
