阴离子表面活性剂(SDBS)在粘土矿物上的损失机理

【摘要】 本文以十二烷基苯磺酸钠(SDBS)和蒙脱石分别为阴离子表面活性剂和粘土矿物的代表,研究了SDBS在蒙脱石上的损失行为和机理。研究发现,SDBS在钙基蒙脱石上有显著的损失,而在钠基蒙脱石上则几乎没有损失;共存的Na+会明显促进SDBS在钙基蒙脱石上的沉淀;蒙脱石的层间距不随SDBS沉淀量的增加而改变;不同SDBS沉淀量下的蒙脱石层间距约为13.5±0.3 A,明显小于SOBS进入蒙脱石层间后的层间距14.8 A。结果表明,SDBS在蒙脱石上的损失主要由SDBS与钙离子间的沉淀作用导致,其沉淀的机理为蒙脱石中的钙离子被钠离子通过阳离子交换释放到溶液中,并与SDBS在溶液中产生沉淀。
【Abstract】 Batch experiments were conducted in this study to elucidate the lossess of an anionic surfatcant to montormorillonite. It is observed that the lossess of SDBS is significant when montormorillonite was saturated by Ca2+, but insignificant when montormorillonite was saturated by Na+. The lossess of SDBS to Ca2+ saturated montormorillonite increases with co-existed Na+. No changes exsited in the interlayer spacing of montormorillonite with or without SDBS. These information indicates that the significant lossess of SDBS to Ca2+ saturated montormorillonite is attributed to the pricipitation between DBS" and the solution Ca2+ released from montormorillonite.
