超声强化臭氧氧化甲基橙的脱色研究

【摘要】 本文采用甲基橙溶液模拟染料废水,研究了超声/臭氧体系对甲基橙的脱色,同时考察了超声功率、臭氧浓度、臭氧气体流量、染料溶液的初始浓度、初始pH值和自由基清除剂等因素对甲基橙脱色效率的影响。结果表明超声能够提高臭氧氧化甲基橙的脱色效能,脱色过程符合表观拟一级反应。甲基橙的脱色效率随着超声功率、;臭氧流量和臭氧浓度的增大而提高;当染料初始浓度增大时,甲基橙脱色速率降低;初始pH和自由基清除剂对于染料脱色效率没有太大影响。

【Abstract】 The combination of ultrasound with ozone for the decolorization of azo dye, methyl orange, was studied. The effect of ultrasonic power, gas flow rate, gaseous ozone concentration, initial dye solution concentration, Na2CO3 and pH on the decolorization of methyl orange was investigated. The results showed that the synergistic effect was achieved by combining ozone with ultrasound radiation for the decolorization of methyl orange. The decolorization of methyl orange fits the first order kinetic model. The decolorization efficiency increased with the increase of ultrasonic power, gas flow rate, and gaseous ozone concentration. However, the decolorization efficiency decreased with the increasing initial dye concentration. The effect of pH on the decolorization efficiency was insignificant when pH varied from 5.5 to 9.7 and Na2CO3 had no influence on the decolorization efficiency.
