不同底物条件下好氧颗粒污泥的培养

【摘要】 为了研究不同底物对于好氧颗粒污泥形成的作用,试验中采用2个相同的1.5升反应器培养好氧颗粒污泥,并分别以葡萄糖和乙醇作为两反应系统的唯一碳源。反应器内的初始容积负荷为0.5gCOD/(L·d),随后被逐渐提高到1.0,2.0和4.0gCOD/(L·d)。颗粒化过程中,通过观察系统内的微生物相的活性,形态和性质来研究底物对颗粒污泥形成的作用。研究发现,底物对于好氧颗粒污泥的形成并不是起到了决定性的作用。
【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effects of different substrates on the aerobic granulation, two identical 1.5L aerobic reactors were used to cultivate aerobic granular sludge. The reactors were fed with two kinds of synthetic wastewater respectively, the sole carbon source of which was either glucose or ethanol. Influent was sequentially added into the reactors every 12h. The organic loading rate of the two reactors was gradually raised from 0.5 to 1.0, 2.0 and 4.0gCOD1-1d-1. It was found that both reactors could sustain the maximum organic loading rate. During the granulation process, the formation period of granules and the morphology, bioactivity and characteristics of sludge in each reactor were investigated to determine the effects of different substrates on aerobic granulation. However, it was found that the substrates were not the determined factors for the formation of aerobic granules.
