MBBR技术去碳脱氮性能
The Performance of Removing Organic Carbon and Nitrogen with MBBR Technology

【摘要】 通过采用专门设计的MBBR处理模拟城市污水的实验研究,考察了CODCr和NH3-N容积负荷率等对反应器性能的影响。实验结果表明:当CODCr容积负荷率在1-7kg/m3·d时,CODCr去除率高达90%;当有机负荷低、NH3-N容积负荷在0.15-0.20 kg/m3·d时,NH3-N和TN的去除率分别达到80%和50%;有机负荷率提高,系统硝化能力降低,而反硝化能力增强;在单级好氧MBBR中脱氮的主要途径是硝化反硝化。
【Abstract】 The experimental study on the simulated municipal wastewater treatment with the specially designed MBBR was carried out to examine the effects of CODCr and NH3-N volumetric load rates, etc. on the reactor performance. The results showed that when the CODCr volumetric load rate was 1-7kg/m3d, the removal of CODCr was about 90% ; When the organic volumetric load rate was low and NH3-N load rate was from 0.15 to 0.20 kg/m3 d, the removal of NH3-N 和 TN were 80% and 50% respectively; The increase of the organic volumetric load rate could lead to the decrease of the nitrifying capability and the increase of the denitrification capacity of the system.;In the single stage MBBR the nitrification and denitrification played a major role in the removal of nitrogen. The biomass in MBBR consisted of the biofilm and the activated sludge suspended in the mixed liquor, but the former played a key part in the purification process.
