多相催化湿式氧化高浓度难降解有机废水

【摘要】 在高压反应釜内,采用自制颗粒贵金属催化剂催化湿式氧化高浓度饲料抗氧化剂合成废水,探讨了温度、压力、进水pH等反应条件对废水处理效果的影响。在温度分别为230℃,220℃,210℃,200℃,190℃,压力分别为8MPa,7MPa,6MPa,5Mpa条件下,得出最佳反应条件为:温度为220℃,总压为8 MPa,COD和色度的去除率分别达到77%和91%。处理后的废水出现很低的pH,催化剂显示出较好的耐酸性。

【Abstract】 In a batch autoclave, catalytic wet air oxidation (CWAO) of high concentration organic effluents from the synthesis of feedstuff antioxidant has been investigated using self-prepared particle noble metal catalyst. Influence of several operation conditions including temperature, total pressure and pH value of influent to the oxidation efficiency has been studied. Under the different temperatures of 230℃,220℃,210℃,200℃,190℃ and the different pressures of 8Mpa,7Mpa,6Mpa,5Mpa respectively, the best operation condition that is at 220℃, 8Mpa has been got. The best removal rates of CODCr and chroma were77% and 91% respectively. In the effluent, very low pH value was found and the catalyst embodied excellent antacid characteristic.
