蒽及其臭氧化产物对过氧化氢酶活性及呼吸强度的影响

【摘要】 采用臭氧对受蒽污染的模拟土壤进行修复,紫外-可见光谱及红外光谱分析显示蒽经臭氧氧化后有醌类物质生成。毒性试验表明,蒽及其氧化产物对过氧化氢酶活性有一定的抑制作用,而且氧化产物的抑制作用较蒽本身略高二些;蒽及其氧化产物对呼吸强度有刺激作用,而且蒽的刺激作用强于蒽的氧化产物。
【Abstract】 Ozone was employed to remediate the simulated soil contaminated by anthracene. After ozonation, quinoide was observed as oxidation product by means of UV-VIS absorption spectra and FTIR spectra. Toxicity tests showed that catalase activity was inhibited by anthracene and its oxidation products, and the influence of oxidation products on catalase activity was stronger than that of anthracene itself. On the other hand, soil reapiration was stimulated by anthracene and its oxidation products, and the effect of anthracene on soil reapiration was stronger than its oxidation products.
