新型活性炭纤维-固相微萃取分析17种有机氯农药

【摘要】 本文利用自制的活性炭纤维作为固相微萃取的萃取纤维并结合色谱-质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析有机氟农药。采用最优条件分析得出方法的线性范围为0.5-50μg/l,标准偏差:0.989-0.998,最低检测限达到0.08μg/l。

【Abstract】 Activated carbon fiber-solid phase microextraction (ACF-SPME) is a fast, alternative method for determination organochlorine pesticides in water. The pesticides in the study consisted of BHC, Heptachlor, Aldrin, Endosulfan, Dieldrin, DDE, Endrin aldehyde, 4, 4’-DDT, etc. The optimal experimental procedures for analysis of 17 OCPs were evaluated. The linearity ranges was within 0.5-50μg/l. The RSD for the studied OCPs in a wide range from 0.989 to 0.998. Limits of detection were reached to 0.08μg/l in GC-MS under selected ion monitoring (SIM) acquisition mode. The proposed method was applied for determination of concentration OCPs. The results demonstrate the suitability of the ACF-SPME-GC-MS approach for the analysis of multi-residue OCPs in water.
