一株产气肠杆菌絮凝特性的研究

【摘要】 从土壤中筛选出一株产絮凝剂的细菌KLE-1,采用BIOLOG菌种鉴定仪鉴定,证明该菌株为产气肠杆菌(Klebsiella mobilis).利用乳品废水作为发酵培养基,该菌株产生的多糖类微生物絮凝剂,在pH8.0左右具有较高絮凝活性;Ca2+对该絮凝剂的助絮凝效果优于其它金属阳离子;絮凝剂制成干粉后在室温下放置50d絮凝活性仅下降14.1%,贮存稳定性比液体状态下提高了3倍.采用红外扫描、zeta电位测定仪对絮凝机理进行研究,表明该絮凝剂主要以架桥作用为主.

【Abstract】 A strain was screened from soil, identified as Klebsiella mobilis with BIOLOG determinative bacteriology. It produces bioflocculant from dairy wastewater, which is thought of as a cheaper medium. The test results of bioflocculant activity for KLE-1 show that the bioflocculant, which is of polysaccharide bioflocculant, has high efficient of Kaolin clay under the condition of pH around 8.0. Bioflocculant activity can be apparently improved when using calcium ion as the flocculant-aid. It is interested that the bioflocculant has only decreased 14.1% and the stability of bioflocculant is three times than culture broth after 50d at room temperature, when bioflocculant was power. There is no question that bridging operates the particles of the suspension by the way of infrared spectrum and zeta-potential measurements.
