栗褐芽孢杆菌除藻试验研究及机理浅析
Effectiveness and Mechanism Analysis of Bacillus badius on Algae-removal

【摘要】 对溶藻细菌——栗褐芽孢杆菌(Bacillus badius)的除藻效果及其以焦炭为填料固定后的动态除藻效果进行了研究。结果表明:栗褐芽孢杆菌(Bacillus badius)除藻效果显著,相同浓度的含藻水分别加入0.5,5和50 mL菌液时,叶绿素a的去除率分别为72.59%,79.60%和89.25%;相同菌浓度对不同浓度含藻水的叶绿素a去除效果均很明显;栗褐芽孢杆菌对氨氮和有机物也有较好的去除效果,减轻了后续处理工艺的负荷;该细菌通过分泌一种耐高温、高压的特殊物质来除藻。
【Abstract】 It was studied that the effect and mechanism of algae removal utilizing the algae-lysing bacteria,as well as the dynamic effect after the bacterium being immobilized with coke. The results showed that: the algae was removed effectively by Bacillus badius, when 0.5,5 and 50 mL solution which contained same Bacillus badius concentration were put into the same algae-contained samples, the removal rates of Chla were 72.59%, 79.60 % and 89.25 % respectively; When the same quantity of Bacillus badius were put into different algae-contained samples, the efficiency were also markedly; NH3-N and CODMn could also be decreased effectively ;Bacillus badius killed algae through producing a special kind of matter that could bear high temperature and high pressure.
