水耕植物过滤法溶解性氮磷去除影响因素研究

【摘要】 定量分析了水耕植物过滤法中影响溶解性氮、磷去除的因素:植物吸收、底泥释放及生物脱氮三个作用。研究表明,滤床上游底泥NH4+-N释放速率高于中游及下游1.6-3倍,滤床中氨氮的释放主要集中在滤床上游。试验床水中的高溶解氧有效地抑制了底泥中PO43--P的释放。试验床植物平均氮、磷吸收量为352.9mg-N·m-2·d-1及12.9 mg-P·m-2·d-1,底泥平均氮释放量为492.8 mg-N·m-2·d-1,微生物平均脱氮量为153.1mg-N·m-2·d-1。植物吸收及微生物脱氮量的总和与底泥平均氮释放量基本在同一水平上。由此解释了水耕植物过滤法溶解性氮去除效率不高的原因,并提出了强化其溶解性氮、磷去除能力的途径。

【Abstract】 The factors such as plant absorption, sediment release and denitrification that affect the removal of dissolved nitrogen and phosphorus by hydroponic bio-filter method (HBFM) were analyzed quantitatively. Results showed the NH4+-N release from sediment always occurred in front, and the release rate was 1.6-3 times higher than in middle and end. The high level of DO of water column in filter bed restrain the release of P043--P by sediment. The average absorption of nitrogen and phosphorus by plants was 352.9 mg-N·m-2·d-1、12.9 mg-P·m-2·d-1, while average nitrogen release from sediment was 492.8 mg-N·m-2·d-1 and denitrification was 153.1 mg-N·m-2·d-1. The sum of nitrogen removed by plant adsorption and denitrification was equal to the amount released by sediment. Accordingly the poor efficiency of dissolved nitrogen removal was explained. The way of enhancing removal ability of HBFM for dissolved nitrogen and phosphorus was put forward.
