紫外光下蜂窝陶瓷负载TiO2光催化降解邻-氯苯酚水溶液
Photocatalytic degradation of o-chlorophenol in aqueous solution by TiO2 supported honeycomb ceramics

【摘要】 采用溶胶-凝胶技术(Sol-Gel)制备了以蜂窝陶瓷为载体的负载型TiO2光催化剂。探讨了工艺条件对催化降解效果的影响;结果表明,蜂窝陶瓷表面浸涂5层TiO2薄膜,经500℃焙烧后,具有较高的光催化活性。在紫外光照射下,该催化剂降解1.0×10-3mol/L邻氯苯酚水溶液2.5h,降解率达到100%;在O2的协同效应下,降解率在1.5h即可达到100%。
【Abstract】 A new TiO2 photo-catalyst was prepared by Sol-Gel technique using the honeycomb ceramics as supporter. The effect of preparing process on catalytic activity of TiO2 photo-catalyst was studied. The results show that the catalyst fired at 500℃, with 5 layers of TiO2 film on honeycomb ceramics appears high catalytic activity. Under UV radiation, 100% of o-chlorophenol in the soiution of 1.0 ℃ 10-3mol/L was photo-catalytically degraded by this catalyst in 2.5 h, and with the cooperation of O3, o-chlorophenol was full degrades in1.5h.
