在流动式电解槽中氨氮废水的间接电氧化

【摘要】 本文研究了氨氮废水在流动式电解槽中的间接电化学氧化,讨论了氯离子浓度、电解液流速、氨氮初始浓度对氨氮去除的影响。实验结果表明,氯离子浓度和电解液流速对氨氮去除速率有很大的影响。当电流密度为50mA/cm2、流速为50ml/min时,氨氮去除速率常数为3.89×10-5g L-1·m-1·s-1,去除1kg氨氮能耗为55.7KWh。

【Abstract】 In this paper, the indirect electrochemical oxidation of ammonium nitrogen(NH3-N) wastewater was investigated in a flow electrochemical cell. The effect of chloride ion concentration, flow rate and initial NH3-N concentration on NH3-N concentration decay was elucidated. The cell performance was evaluated in terms of the decay of NH3-N concentration as a function of the current density, flow rate, and initial NH3-N concentration. The experimental results indicated that chloride ion concentration and flow rate have a great effect on NH3-N concentration removal rate. For the operational conditions used in the experiments, the rate constant for NH3-N decay was with a average value of 3.89×10-5g L-1·m-1·s-1 for a current density of 50mA/cm2 and a flow rate of 50ml/min. Using these parameters, 55.7KWh is consumed for the complete removal of 1kg of NH3-N.
