PDMDAAC-AM共聚物的反相乳液聚合研究

【摘要】 本文研究了用DMDAAC(DimethylDiallylAmmoniumChloride,二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵)和AM(Acylamide,丙烯酰胺)以煤油为分散剂,在反相乳液环境中合成PDMDAAC-AM(Poly DMDAAC-AM)的方法。从反相乳液聚合的机理出发,研究了引发剂、乳化剂、单体固含量和其他因素对共聚产物的特性粘度和转化率的影响,确定了最佳的反应条件。在DMDAAC/AM=2:8,油水比为3/7,采用过硫酸钾为引发剂,乳化剂用量8%的条件下,采用逐步聚合的方法得到了固含量为45%,特性粘度为800.5cm3/g,溶解迅速的产品。

【Abstract】 In this paper the method to synthesize PDMDAAC-AM(Poly DMDAAC-AM) with AM(Acylamide) and DMDAAC(DimethylDiallylAmmoniumChloride) using coal oil as dispersant in inverse emulsion was discussed. Basing on the theory of synthesis in inverse emulsion, The effects of emulsifier, initiator, the monomer content and other factors on the viscosity and conversion efficiency of the copolymerization were studied, and the best factors to synthesize PDMDAAC with AM and DMDAAC stage by stage in inverse emulsion were given. The product was got with DMDAAC/AM=2:8, oil/water=3:7 emulsifier=8% and K2S3O8% (as initiator) =8%. The monomer content and viscosity of the product are 45% and 800.5 cm3/g respectively, and it can be resolved quickly.
