造纸中段废水混凝预处理试验研究
EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON COAGULATION PRETREATMENT OF BLEACHING WASTEWATER FROM PULP MAKING PROCESS

【摘要】 通过杯罐试验研究了造纸中段废水混凝预处理的效能和影响因素。结果表明:单一无机混凝剂(PAC、Al2(SO4)3、FeSO4)低药剂投量下SS去除效果不佳;“PAC+PAM”复配可显著提高处理效能,40mg·1-1PAC与1mg·1-1PAM配合使用,其COD去除率达30%,SS去除率达95%,药剂投量低且实现了预处理的目标。试验同时证明:pH值对混凝效能具有显著影响,酸性条件下混凝效果最好,原水pH值7~8不需调节;絮凝反应时间12min效果最佳;沉淀时间为10min。
【Abstract】 The treatment efficiency and effect factors of coagulation pretreatment of bleaching wastewater from pulp making process was studied by jar test. The result showed that the removal effect of SS was not good enough with PAC、 Al2(SO4)3 and FeSO4 as coagulants at low dosages. Combining PAC with PAM should distinctly enhance treatment efficiency. When the dosage of PAC and PAM was 40 mg · l-1 and 1 mg · l-1 respectively, the removal rate of COD and SS was 30% and 95% respectively, so the target of coagulation pretreatment was implemented at low coagulants dosages. The test result also demonstrated that the effect of pH on coagulating efficiency was obvious, the coagulating effect was optimal at acidic condition and the pH of wastewater in the range of 7-8 was not adjusted. The treatment effect was optimal when the flocculation reaction time was 12 minutes. The sedimentation time was 10 minutes.
