【Abstract】 A new comprehensive chemistry experiment study on the optical resolution and the characterization was introduced as microscale laboratory. The racemic phenylsuccinic acid was resolved using (-)-proline as a resolving agent in 2-propanol. The optical property of phenylsuccinic acid was charactedrized by polarimetry and circular dichroism spectrometry. The enantioseparation of phenylsuccinic acid was also described by high performance liquid chromatography using the chiral stationary phase and the chiral mobile phase additive.更多还原
