苯基琥珀酸的拆分与光活性表征

【摘要】 介绍一个绿色化的外消旋体化合物拆分与光活性表征的微型综合化学实验。文中采用L-脯氨酸化学拆分外消旋苯基琥珀酸,并用微量旋光法、圆二色光谱和手性高效液相色谱法表征和测定拆分后的光活性产物。

【Abstract】 A new comprehensive chemistry experiment study on the optical resolution and the characterization was introduced as microscale laboratory. The racemic phenylsuccinic acid was resolved using (-)-proline as a resolving agent in 2-propanol. The optical property of phenylsuccinic acid was charactedrized by polarimetry and circular dichroism spectrometry. The enantioseparation of phenylsuccinic acid was also described by high performance liquid chromatography using the chiral stationary phase and the chiral mobile phase additive.
