明胶接枝改性用于制备红外低发射率涂层的研究

【摘要】 用甲基丙烯酸甲酯在过硫酸饺和尿素的联合引发下对明胶进行接枝共聚改性,并用制得的明胶接枝共聚物颗粒与氧化镁纳米粒子复合后制成涂层。研究了单体浓度及萃取剂对明胶接枝共聚物及其复合物涂层的红外发射率的影响,同时对复合物涂层红外发射率的降低机理进行了初步探讨。研究结果表明:在单体浓度为0.4-0.8mol/L,先后用丙酮和水作为萃取剂的条件下可制得粒径为40-100nm的明胶接技共聚物颗粒,该颗粒与氧化镁纳米粒子复合后涂层的红外发射率(8-14μm)较单一的胶原接枝共聚物和氧化镁纳米粒子的红外发射率明显降低,明胶接枝共聚物纳米颗粒和氧化镁纳米粒子之间显示出较强的复合协同效应。

【Abstract】 Grafting copolmerization of gelatin with methyl methacrylate (MMA) initiated by ammonium persulfate and urea carried out in aqueous medium. The coating was prepared by the composites of gelatin - g - MMA copolymer and magnesia nanoparticles. Effect of monomer collcentration and extractive solvent on copolymer and IR emissivity of coating of composites there of was studied, and at the same time mechanism for the decrease in the IR emissivity of coating was discussed in this paper. The results showed: gelatin - g - MMA copolymer having grain size of 40 - 100 nm could be prepared at 0.4 - 0.8 mol/L With acetone and distilled water as the extractive solvents. Coating prepared by composite of copolymer (40 - 100 nm) and magnesia nanoparticle had significantly lower IR emissivity (8-14 μm) than that of gelatin - g - copolymer and of magnesia nanoparticle. Strong synergism effect existed between copolymer nanoparticle and magnesia nanoparticle.
