光催化氧化法处理精喹禾灵农药废水的初步研究

【摘要】 采用光催化氧化法进行精喹禾灵生产废水降解的实验研究,以溶液pH值、溶液初始浓度、惟化剂用量等为影响因素的正交实验结果表明,原水稀释25倍、pH值12.9、催化剂用量0.25%(质量分数)时溶液COD脱除率最高。同时研究了催化剂种类对废水降解性能的影响。
【Abstract】 The degradtion process of the photocatalytic oxidation of quizalofop - p - ethyl wastewater by TiO2 semi - conductor was studied in this paper. Effects of pH value, the initial concentration, the dosage of photocatalyst on the removal rate of COD were investigated in an orthogonal experiment. And the final removal rate was 49.1% under the optimum condition of pH value 12.9, the 25 - time dilution solution and the dosage of catalyst 0. 25 wt% . Meanwhile, effect of the type of photocatalysts on the degradation rate was studied. And the Ag/TiO2 photocatalyst had the best photoctalytic activity than other photocatalysts.
