聚硅氧烷接枝聚丙烯酸酯微乳液皮革涂饰剂的研究

【摘要】 以种子乳液聚合的方法合成了聚硅氧烷接枝聚丙稀酸酯的微乳液用红外光谱(IR)进行结构表征,用电子显微镜(TEM),测定乳液的粒径。结果表明乳液粒径小,分布均匀、涂模性能得到提高。
【Abstract】 Craft copolymer micro-emulsion of piluacrylate and polysiloxane had been prepared through seeded emulsiom polymerization, its structure was characterized by IR, the particle size was deter-minined through through TEM photographing. The results showed that the emulsion particle size was smell ( < 100 nm)and uniformy-distributed. And the properties of the graft emulsion coatings were improved compared with acrylic resin emulsion coatings.
