四氮杂环蕃衍生物的合成及修饰
Synthesis and Modification of Tetraazaparacylophane CP44

【摘要】 合成了1,6,20,25-四氮杂[6.1.6.1]对环着,用溴乙酰溴、苯并咪唑进行修饰,得到三种单取代和四取代产物。用1H NMR和IR对新化合物进行了表征。
【Abstract】 1,6,20,25-Tetraaza [6.1.6.1] paracyclophone (CP44) was synthesized by the cyclization between tetramethylene dibromide and N,N’-di-p-tosylaminodiphenylmethane, which was prepared using p,p’-diaminodiphenyimethane and p-toluenesulfonyl as raw metarials. CP44 was modified with bromoacetyl bromide and benzimidazole. Three new tetraazaparacylophanes were obtained and their structures were confirmed by 1H NMR, and FT-IR.
