碳团簇型隐身材料隐身机理与性能研究
The study on mechanism and properties of carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy materials

【摘要】 通过碳团簇材料的制备及微波隐身涂层的结构优化设计,制备得到了密度较低的双层结构及三层结构的碳团簇型微波隐身涂层体系。制得的双层结构碳团簇型微波隐身涂层的吸波性能优良,厚度为1.85mm,在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内,对微波的最小反射率达-30dB,其中反射率小于-10dB的吸收带宽近60%,而三层结构碳团簇型隐身涂层具有宽频吸收性能,在8.2~12.4GHz频率范围内,对微波的最小反射率达-42dB,其中反射率小于-10dB的吸收带宽达90%以上,且厚度仅为2.1mm.制得的双层及三层结构碳团簇型隐身涂层在室外自然环境,海水中,经过较长时间均表现出良好的吸波性能稳定性,因而该材料具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The bi-layer and tri-layer structural carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy coating systems with low density were designed and prepared by making use of carbon cluster-like materials which obtained by the carbonization of polymer material. With thickness of 1.85mm, the bi-layer structural carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy coating possessed good radar absorbing property in the frequency range 8.2-12.4 GHz, its minimum reflectivity was -30dB, and the frequency width with reflectivity under -10dB reached 60% of the whole frequency range. And the tri-layer structure carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy coating with gross thickness of 2.10mm had good radar absorbing property over broadband, its minimum reflectivity was -42dB, and the frequency width with reflectivity under -10dB was over 90% of the whole frequency range 8.2~12.4GHz. In the mean time, both of the bi-layer and tri-layer structure carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy coating were environmentally stable in the aspect of the reflectivity, their radar absorbing properties maintained the same after being put in atmosphere circumstance or immersed in sea water for certain time. And it is also showed that the carbon cluster-like materials had no effect on the mechanic properties of the stealthy coating. Thereby, the carbon cluster-like microwave stealthy coating materials are environmentally stable and practical promising.
