硅烷偶联剂对EPDM/M型钡铁氧体吸波贴片微观结构和力学性能的影响

【摘要】 本文研究了偶联剂的型号,偶联剂使用量对硫化橡胶吸波贴片力学性能的影响;借助SEM探讨了偶联剂对橡胶吸波贴片微观结构和力学性能影响的机理。实验结果表明:M型钡铁氧体经过偶联剂处理,能提高吸波贴片的强度;以A2型偶联剂改性后的M型钡铁氧体作为填料,硫化得到的橡胶吸波贴片拉伸强度性能最好,拉伸强度为7.43MPa,比M型钡铁氧体未经过偶联剂处理的吸波贴片拉伸强度提高367%;偶联剂A2的最佳使用量为1 phr(相对于100 phr M型钡铁氧体)。同时比较了不同处理方法对橡胶吸波贴片力学性能的影响,研究发现湿法处理得到的吸波贴片虽然有最好的拉伸强度,但由于处理工艺复杂,并非最佳选择;干法处理因其工艺简单,硫化橡胶力学性能良好,是较理想的处理工艺。

【Abstract】 The effects of silane coupling agent’s types and amounts on mechanical properties of vulcanized rubber microwave absorbing patch (VRMAP) have been studied. The mechanism of silane coupling agent’s effects on mechanical properties of rubber microwave absorbing patch (RMAP) and microwave absorbing patch’s (MAP’s) microstructures are also discussed in the presence of SEM. The results show that the tensile strength of RMAP can be increased through adding the filler of M-Type Barium Ferrites that are modified by silane coupling agents. VRMAP filled with M-Type Barium Ferrites that are treated by silane coupling agent A2 has the best tensile strength, its tensile strength is 7.43 MPa, and it’s elongation at break is 367% more than that of MAP, whose filler was not modified by any coupling agents. The best amount of A2 is 1 phr to 100 phr M-Type Barium Ferrites. The effects of different modifying techniques on RMAP are also investigated. The research indicates that MAP whose fillers are modified by wet process has the best tensile strength, but for the reason mat wet process was complicated, it is not the optimal modifying technique. On the contrary, dry process is very simple, and VRMAP has fairly good mechanical properties, thus it is the perfect modifying process.
