【摘要】 重点介绍了实现高性能的敏感芯片设计技术和低应力封装技术。高性能硅压力传感器包括表压传感器和差压传感器两个系列,每个系列7个量程,测量范围为0．6～60 MPa,使用温区为一 45～125℃。经过专项攻关研究,目前已经实现了全系列传感器的高性能高可靠性指标,权威部门鉴定检测结果证明,传感器的非线性指标≤0．05%FS,迟滞和重复性均≤0．05%FS,准确度指标≤0．1%FS。更多还原

【Abstract】 The present study is on the manufacturing technology of pressure sensors with high performance silicon pressure sensors,which include two series,gauge pressure and differential gauge.Measuring the scope is from 0.6 MPa to the 60 MPa and working temperatures is from -45～+125℃.Testing indicates that non linearity is≤0.05%FS,hysteresis and repeatability are≤0.05% FS,accuracy is≤0.1% FS.更多还原
