短纤维增强聚酰亚胺复合材料的研究

【摘要】 采用湿法混合工艺制备了短切纤维增强的PMR聚酰亚胺复合材料模塑粉,使用热模压一次成形技术制备了聚酰亚胺树脂基复合材料,对复合材料的力学性能和干摩擦与水环境下的摩擦磨损行为进行了系统研究。研究结果表明碳纤维增强的复合材料在10wt%-20wt%含量范围内具有最佳的力学性能,在干摩擦和水环境下,碳纤维增强的复合材料摩擦系数和磨损率都随纤维含量增加而降低,而在水环境下不同纤维增强的复合材料磨损率均较干摩擦时低。
【Abstract】 Short fiber-reinforced polyimide composites is prepared by thermally curing of B-staged molding powers, which are obtained by impregnating of short fibers with PMR monomer solution in ethyl alcohol followed, and the mechanical properties and the tribological behavior of the composites sliding against steel under dry and water environment are investigated. Experimental results demonstrat that short carbon fiber reinforced composites with fiber contents between 10wt% ~20wt% have the best mechanical properties, and the friction coefficient and wear rate of the composite with carbon fiber decrease gradually with increasing fiber content. The composites reinforce with different fiber all have considerably decreased wear rates under water lubrication than that under dry sliding.
