镁合金稀土转化膜后处理对腐蚀性能的影响

【摘要】 通过在稀土铈盐处理液中进行化学转化处理,在AZ91镁合金表面获得了稀土铈转化膜。探讨了稀土转化膜的不同的后处理工艺对膜层腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明,封孔处理、波美法处理和添加H2O2的成膜促进剂等方法对提高转化膜的防护性能效果甚微或不佳;添加KMnO4促进剂和采用双层膜处理可以有效提高AZ91镁合金表面的抗腐蚀性能。
【Abstract】 Rare earth conversion coatings on AZ91 magnesium alloy surface are prepared in Ce-containing solution with the method of conversion treating, the effects of different post treatment techniques for the rare earth conversion coatings on corrosion behaviors is also studied in this paper. The results showed that the corrosion protection of conversion coatings could not be improved evidently by plug treatment, Bohmite treatment and the method of adding H2O2 for film accelerator while it could be improved to some extend by adding KMnO4 film accelerator and double-layer coating treatment
