电子江图研制的理论与实践
The Theory and Practice on the Development of Inland Waters Electronic Chart

【摘要】 电子江图的研制开发是一个空白点。本文介绍了在地理信息系统(GIS)软件平台上研制电子江图的理论和具体方法,并对其中的两大关键技术——图形和数据库技术进行了重点的阐述。
【Abstract】 To develop the inland waters electronic chart has never been proceeded. This paper presents the theory and detail method to the development based on GIS. And the key parts -graphic and database technologies are emphasized.
