太湖浮游生物群体分尺度呼吸率研究

【摘要】 目前,分尺度来快速估测浮游生物群体结构的方法在水生生态系统中越来越普遍,但大型浅水湖泊中分尺度研究浮游生物群体工作鲜见报道。本文以太湖2002年10月到2003年9月的野外实测资料为基础,系统研究了不同尺度浮游生物(R≥41μm,R-2μm~41μm,R≤2μm)群体呼吸率.结果表明,在太湖梅梁湾,大于41μm的浮游生物(主要是微囊藻群体)占优势,呼吸量占总呼吸量的70%以上,小于2μm的浮游生物(主要是浮游细菌)呼吸量占总呼吸量的18%左右;在太湖北部敞水区,大于41μm的浮游生物的呼吸量占总呼吸量的10%左右,小于2μm的浮游生物占优势,其呼吸量能占总呼吸量的65%以上。
【Abstract】 At present,the size-fractionated methods to fast estimate the plankton community structure became more and more applied in the aquatic field studies.The investigations of size-fractionated plankton community respiration(R)in large shallow lakes are few.Based on the bimonthly measurements from October 2002 to September 2003,we study the Size-fractionated plankton community(R≥41μm.R-2μm~41μm,R≤2μm)in Taihu, a large shallow eutrophic lake in Eastern China.The results showed,in the Meiliang Bay,the plankton with a size large then 41 μm(mainly Microcystis colonies)dominated,its respiration contributed over 70% to the total plankton community respiration,while the plankton with a size less than 2 pro(mainly planktonic bacteria) contributed about 18% to the total plankton community respiration;in the lake center,the plankton with a size large than 41 lint contributed about 10% to the total plankton community respiration,while the plankton with a size less than 2 μm(malnly planktonic bacteria)contributed about 65% to the total plankton community respiration.
