仔稚鱼的极性脂——磷脂研究进展

【摘要】 <正> 仔稚鱼营养研究是鱼类营养研究领域中居国际前沿的研究,在我国刚刚起步(刘镜恪等,1996,1997).目前,我国的重要养殖海鱼如真鲷、牙鲆、鲈鱼等,生产性育苗因在仔稚鱼阶段容易发生大量死亡,成活率一般仅为10%左右.某些营养要素的缺乏不足,是导致仔稚鱼大量死亡的一个重要原因.因而,深入开展仔稚鱼营养研究.不仅有很高的科学意义,也有重要的应用价值.近年
【Abstract】 This paper deals with the effect of dietary phospholipid (PL) on survival, growth, resistance to stress tests, and occurrence of deformities for fish larvae. Larval stages are extremely sensitive to a dietary PL deficiency and require higher levels of dietary PL than juveniles. For most of the fish species examined, the PL requirement of larvae are in the range of 1-3% phosphatidylcholine phosphatidyl- inositol (PC+PI) of diet dry weight. The presence of an unsaturated fatty acid in sn-2 position of the PL molecule seems to be essential for the functionality of PL. PL may be superior to neutral lipids for larvae as source of essential fatty acids (EPA) and energy due to their better digestibility. There are proofs that dietary PL interfere with lipid transport.
