【Abstract】 White Spot Syndrome Virus in the samples of brood stock shrimp, shrimp larva, juvenile shrimp, crab Helice spp, and Macrobranchium rosenburgii were detected with nucleic acid gene probe case. The result showed that the brood stock shrimp from the hatchery in Jinshan Shanghai were negative in the WSSV, however the shrimp from a farmer pond in Jinshan were positive in the virus. The postlarva produced in the hatchery and purchased from Guangdon province were negative, but the juvenile shrimp, which were diseased or morbid, cultured in Fengxian county Shanghai and Wujiang Jiangsu were strong positive. Two other species, Helice tianjinsis and Macrobranchium rosenburgii, which are possible potential WSSV carrier, were also detected, however the results were negative for both of species. The detection was helpful for the larvae rearing and shrimp culture in prevention of WSSV.更多还原
