曼氏无针乌贼Sepiella maindroni COI和16S rRNA基因序列研究(英文)

【摘要】 对曼氏无针乌贼 Sepiella maindroni 线粒体 DNA 的色素细胞氧化酶亚单位 I(COI)和16S rRNA 基因进行了扩增,并对目的序列直接测定。获得661个碱基长度的 COI 基因片断,其中 A、 T、G、C 含量分别是187bp(28．3％)、265bp(40．1％)、101bp(16．3％)、108bp(15．3％)。在所得到的 509bp 长度的部分16S rRNA 基因片段中,A、T、G 和 C 含量分别为180bp(35．36％)、192bp (37．72％)、88bp(17．29％)、49bp(9．63％)。
【Abstract】 Part of COI gene and 16S rRNA gene of Sapiella maindroni were amplified with the poly- merase chain reaction(PCR)and sequenced directly.661 base-pairs segments of COl gene were se- quenced.The A,T,G and C contents were 187(28.3%),265(40.1%),101(16.3%),108 (15.3%),respectively.The A,T,G and C contents of the 509bp sequences of 16S rRNA gene were 180(35.36%),192(37.72% ),88(17.29% ),49(9.63%),respectively.
