【摘要】 对曼氏无针乌贼Sepiella maindroni线粒体DNA的色素细胞氧化酶亚单位I(COI)和16SrRNA基因进行了扩增,并对目的序列直接测定.获得661个碱基长度的COI基因片断,其中A、T、G、C含量分别是187bP(28.3%)、265bp(40.1%)、101bp(16.3%)、108bp(15.3%).在所得到的509bp长度的部分16S rRNA基因片段中,A、T、G和C含量分别为180bp(35.36%)、192bp(37.72%)、88bp (17.29%)、49bp(9.63%).更多还原

【Abstract】 Part of COI gene and 16S rRNA gene of Sapiella maindroni were amplified with the poly-merase chain reaction (PCR) and sequenced directly. 661 base ?pairs segments of COI gene were se-quenced. The A, T, G and C contents were 187 (28.3%), 265(40.1%), 101(16.3%), 108 (15.3% ), respectively.
