【摘要】 本文研究了剑状矛蚌的生殖周期、育儿囊及钩介幼虫的发育和形态。结果显示,该蚌性腺发育一年一个周期,生殖细胞整年发生,但生殖腺发育可划分为三个时期：11～12月为性腺恢复期；1～2月为性腺生长期；3～10月为性腺成熟期,卵巢和精巢内有大量成熟的卵子和精子。4月是母蚌产卵、妊娠、产幼高峰,9月又一次达到母蚌产卵、妊娠、产幼高峰。母蚌以左右两瓣外鳃为育儿囊,育儿囊类型属外鳃型。幼虫侧面观似三角形,为有钩型钩介幼虫,在显微镜下测量幼虫的大小,平均 Gln(壳长×壳高)=0．038,属中型幼虫。自然水域中雌雄比接近1：1。更多还原

【Abstract】 This paper reports results of study on the reprodutive cycles,masupium and glochidia of Lanceolaria gladiola (Heude),showing that gametogonesis occurred throughout the year in Lanceolaria gladiola (Heude).The gonad development can be divided into three phases:(1) a recovery phase in November and December;(2) a growth phase in January and February;(3) a maturation phase from March to October.Ripe Ooeytes and spermatozoa were abundant in the o- varies and testes respectively from March to October.The breeding season is highly synchronized and occurred in April,although it is possible that a second breeding season occurred during September. The outer demibranchia of the gills of females are masupiurn.Mature glochidia are hooked and medium siged type.They look like triangls from the lateral view.The sex ratio is 1:1.更多还原
