倒虹吸管过水钉螺能否扩散实验观察

【摘要】 为了观察倒虹吸管过水能否防止钉螺扩散,在倒虹吸管的上游渠中,采用投放染色螺依附载体,在倒虹吸管出口处设拦鱼网回收的方法,观察其随水漂流过闸情况。结果,在倒虹吸管出口处的拦鱼网中,载体和染色螺的回收率分别为17.5%(21/120个载体)和2.2%(201/9095 只染色螺)。实验证实倒虹吸管过水可导致钉螺扩散,而无完全防止钉螺扩散的作用。为防止灌溉导致钉螺扩散,还需继续寻找新的方法和措施。

【Abstract】 To ascertain whether the snail Oncomelania hupensis can prevent the spread or not when water passing through the invert siphon,the experiment was carried out at the in- vert siphon in Qian Jiang City.The experiment method was used 1) Some carriers that attached marking snails,these carriers were put on the water surface at the upper section of the invert siphon to observe its pass through the facilities.2) The blocking net was put at the exit of the invert siphon to collect the carriers and marking snails.The result showed that the rate of recover the carriers and marking snail was 17.5% (21/120 carri- ers) and 2.2% (201/9095 marking snails) respectively. The expriment indicated that when water passing through the facilities which is no func- tion of preventing the snail spread.Therefore,other measures and approaches for the control of the snail spread are needed to study continuously.
