【摘要】 <正>寻氏肌蛤(Musculus senhousei)是一种小型的经济贝类(图版Ⅰ-1),其同物异名较多,有称突壳短肌蛤、水彩短齿蛤等,南方俗称“乌鲶”、“海(虫间)”；北方俗称“鸭巴食”、“海皮癞”、“海葡萄”等,广泛地分布在我国南北沿海的滩涂上。它隶属于异柱目、贻贝科,具有壳薄、肉多(鲜出肉率可达30—60%),生长快、密度大等优点,过去主要作为家禽的饲料,现在广泛地采捕,用作对虾养殖的优质饵料。其投喂对虾的饵料折算比为5：1,仅次更多还原

【Abstract】 The obsevation and study are reported on the breeding habist and the embryonce develop- ment of Musculus senhousei (Benson,1842) in this paper. The experiment was carriel out in 1981—1984 at Wendeng County and Yantai City,Shan- dong Province.The samples to be studied were obtained from the south coast of Yellow Sea the fertilized eggs were obtained artificially.The development of fertilized eggs and larval stages of Musculus senhousei were observed and described in the paper. Musculus senhousei is a gonochorist bivalve.The size of its egg is small and individual fe- cundity is from 20 000 to 40 000 each time.There is only one breeding pariod,from the end of May to the middle of October (water temperature 24.8℃—18.4℃) in a year.A two years old shellfish have high rate of wet meat weight to live shellfish weight,47.6% and 60.1%,in August and Septemger.So,the harvest must start at the beginning of August. Under the temperature of 28℃—25℃,for six and half hours in the seawater with gra- vity density 1.0190—1.0200,the fertilized egg will incubate to be a trachophone larva.Within the water of temperature 25℃—19.8℃ and the gravity density of 1.0182—1.0240,the fertilized eggs become the spats (shell length 384μ) in twenty days. The Musculus senhousei is similar to mussel in the course of embryonce development and the form.But during the umbo larva period and metamorphosis larva stages,we found no eyes- pot. The form of spates are somewhat similar to the adults while shell length is of 38μ and just like the aduls at length of 601μ,except the unstraight of the belly.When the shell length up to 965μ,they are adults already.更多还原
