用汽提塔去除聚酯废水中的易挥发组分

【摘要】 <正>本文就用汽提塔去除聚酯废水中的易挥发组分这一课题进行了研究,考虑了不同的进料温度,进料量,蒸汽量对汽提塔汽提效果的影响。同时用ASPEN软件对该体系工艺过程进行了模拟计算。由于聚酯废水的组成复杂无法真实的描述,汽提的模拟计算中采用乙醛(ACL),2-甲基-1, 3-二氧戊环(OMD)的平衡数据进行模拟计算,忽略了其他组分的影响。接着根据模拟所得的优化工艺条件,本文进行了实验验证。结果表明实验结果与ASPEN模拟结果基本符合,得到的乙醛的去除率大于99%,2-甲基-1,3-二氧戊环(OMD)的去除率为100%。可见本文提出的用汽提塔去除聚酯废水中的易挥发组分的分离新工艺是可行的。
【Abstract】 The effect of using steam stripping tower in PET waste water disposal is discussed in this paper. Different feeding temperature and feeding quantity as well as the quality of steam are discussed and their contribution to the steam tripping effect is researched. Meanwhile, the system of the technique progress is simulated by ASPEN, which is used to calculate the number of theoretical plate and the removal rate of volatile component by input given equilibrium criterion of acetaldehyde and 2-methyl-1,3-dioxane.Finally, the results of the experiment and the simulation accord with each other. And the removal rate of acetaldehyde is higher than 99%, as for 2-methyl-1,3-dioxane it is 100%. Thus, the new technique of separation, the removal of volatile component from PET water by using steam stripping tower studied in the paper, is feasible.
