多喷嘴对置水煤浆气化技术在化工行业中的应用

【摘要】 多喷嘴对置水煤浆气化技术是具有自主知识产权的大型煤气化技术,工业装置已经在兖矿国泰化工有限公司和华鲁恒升化工有限公司建成并运行,成功实现了工程化放大。工程实践表明:多喷嘴对置水煤浆气化技术在气流床气化炉、合成气洗涤冷却、初步净化、含渣黑水热量回收等方面有创新性的技术方案,避免了目前Texaco 技术在工业操作中出现的诸多问题,有利于气化装置的长周期、稳定运行;工艺指标先进,碳转化率、有效气含量、比氧耗和比煤耗等工艺指标优于采用同样煤种的Texaco气化装置。该技术的开发成功标志我国大型煤气化技术零的突破,大大减少了专利实施许可费,为推动我国化工企业的能源结构调整和节能降耗提供了技术支撑。

【Abstract】 Multi-opposed-burner coal water slurry gasification technology is a Chinese own large-scale coal gasification technology with domestic intellectual property rights. The demonstration plants have been built and run in Yankuang Cathay Coal Chemicals Co.,Ltd. and Hua-lu Heng-Sheng Chemical Co., Ltd.. This technology shows innovative technologies such as entrained-flow gasifier, high temperature syngas washing and cooling, syngas scrubbing and purification and slag water treatment, which avoids some operation problem in Texaco plant and is propitious to long period and steady run. And this technology shows the advantages in process performance such as carbon conversion, CO+H2 content, oxygen consumption and coal consumption etc, which excels Texaco plant with the same coal type. The successful demonstrations of this technology indicate the big breakthrough of large-scale coal gasification technology has been gained in China, and the patent fee will be obviously decreased compared with overseas technologies. This technology provides the technology support for energy structure adjustment, energy conservation and consumption reduction in chemical industry.
